Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how StronglyAI, Inc. ("StronglyAI", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit stronglycloud.com or use Strongly Cloud, our managed platform for building, running and shipping apps, agents and workflows. Our StronglyAI Privacy Policy covers strongly.ai and our other products.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you give us

• Early access sign-up: your name, email and company.
• Contact form: your name, email, company, job title, the topic you choose and your message.
• Your account: the details you provide when your Strongly Cloud account is set up, and your sign-in credentials.
• Billing: plan, billing contact and payment details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.

1.3 Platform data

When you use Strongly Cloud we process the content you upload, create or connect (apps, agents, workflows, files and data sources), the prompts and outputs of your AI calls, and usage and metering data used to apply your monthly credits, operate the service and bill you.

1.4 Information about your users

If you deploy an app and put it in front of your own users, Strongly Cloud processes their sign-in details and activity, and payment events if you charge through the Stripe integration. We process that information on your behalf and under your instructions. You are responsible for telling your users how their information is handled.

2. Cookies and analytics

2.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to understand how visitors find and use this site. It loads when you first visit and sets first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_F9B9BNXXKF). It reports pages viewed, time on page, referrer, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, and events such as a completed sign-up. Advertising storage and ad personalization are switched off.

You can turn analytics off at any time by choosing Reject all in our cookie banner or under Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser and remembered on return visits. We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as Reject all. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

2.2 LinkedIn Insight Tag

If you choose Accept all, we load the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure the results of our LinkedIn campaigns. It is never loaded if you choose Reject all or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

2.3 Necessary storage

We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit.

3. How we use information

• To provide, operate, secure and support Strongly Cloud, including opening your account when early access is available.
• To reply to your messages and send service and account emails.
• To apply credits, process payments and bill you.
• To understand how the site and service are used and improve them.
• To tell you about StronglyAI products, where the law allows. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your content, prompts, outputs or your users' data to train, fine-tune or improve AI models.

4. How we share information

• Service providers that help us run the business, including cloud hosting and email delivery, payment processing, customer relationship management and analytics (Google, and LinkedIn if you accept). They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• AI model providers you choose. When you route a call to a third-party model through the AI Gateway, the prompt and response pass through that provider under its terms.
• Stripe, if you or your users make payments through the Stripe integration.
• Legal and safety: where required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of StronglyAI, our users or the public.
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We will tell you if that happens.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: for the life of your account, then as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes. Form submissions from people who do not open an account are kept while we may still contact them and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

6. Security

We protect information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls and logging, multi-factor authentication, and incident response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. To make a request, email legal@strongly.ai. We may need to verify your identity, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

7.1 California residents

California residents have the rights to know, delete and correct personal information, to opt out of its sale or sharing, and to non-discrimination. We do not sell personal information. The LinkedIn Insight Tag, which loads only if you choose Accept all, may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; choosing Reject all or sending a Global Privacy Control signal opts you out. We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension. You may use an authorized agent if you give them signed permission and verify your identity with us.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on mechanisms such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions, and Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children

Strongly Cloud is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top, and tell you directly about significant changes.
